I take the bus to school every day.

Chē shàng yǒu yī gè nǚháir zài kàn shū.
On the bus, a girl was reading.
她每天都在看书。
Tā měi tiān dōu zài kàn shū.
She read every single day.
有一天，她的书忘在车上了。
Yǒu yī tiān, tā de shū wàng zài chē shàng le.
One day, she left her book on the bus.
她下了车，不知道。
Tā xià le chē, bù zhīdào.
She got off the bus without knowing.
我拿着书，也下了车。
Wǒ ná zhe shū, yě xià le chē.
I took the book and got off too.
我走过去，说：你的书！
Wǒ zǒu guòqù, shuō: nǐ de shū!
I walked over and said: your book!
她笑了，说了很多谢谢。
Tā xiào le, shuō le hěn duō xièxie.
She smiled and thanked me a lot.
现在，我们天天一起坐车。
Xiànzài, wǒmen tiān tiān yìqǐ zuò chē.
Now we ride the bus together every day.
我们还一起看书呢！
Wǒmen hái yìqǐ kàn shū ne!
We even read books together!
